What Can You Expect?
Hike and Heal Sequoia National Park are two Wilderness Wellness retreats facilitated by Hiking My Feelings CEO and Founder Sydney Williams, Barry Williams, and Kevin Bong, in partnership with the Sequoia Park Conservancy Field Institute. Inspired by Sydney's life-changing journey in the outdoors, this event series infuses healing and intention into every activity. This isn't a healing retreat where facilitators tell you how to heal - they create a space where healing is possible. Resources are offered that can transform any experience into a learning opportunity and set the stage for good energy and supportive vibes.

This will be a space where you can laugh, cry, relax, tap into your creativity, challenge yourself, and enjoy the rewards as a collective.

Here's what to look forward to:
Service projects to enrich your connection to the land.
Naturalist-led hikes with breathtaking views.
Live music and jam sessions around the campfire.
Guided self-discovery activities to shift your perspective.
Making memories with friends who feel like family.

$230 Registration includes:
Two-nights of camping
Mindful Hiking
Self-Reflection Rituals
Community Connection
Gift Bag
